A Staff Training mobility supports the professional development of teachers and non-teaching staff of universities through training abroad (with the exception of conferences), shadowing employees at the relevant worksite/listening to lectures/vocational course at a partner university institution, or in another appropriate organization abroad. University employees can improve their foreign language skills, increase their knowledge of other cultures and countries in the network of international contacts and gain a sense of European citizenship and a European identity.
Erasmus+ staff mobility can be realised for a maximum of five days, it is meant for networking and sharing best practices with colleagues interested in exploring or increasing the collaboration with our university through active participation. It is specifically designed to all incoming European administrative and academic staff, who wish to attend a short-term (5 days) training programme as a great chance to promote and share the respective knowledge on specific working methods and issues.
