How to Proceed Before Leaving CZU

Erasmus staff mobility for training can be granted on the basis of full-time employment at CZU. Selection rounds take place at the Faculties, or at the Rectorate. The selection criteria are public. Priority is given to staff who did not apply for Erasmus+ grant in the past.

Before leaving, you must submit an approved training programme, i.e. a signed STT Training Programme 19-20 Mobility Agreement. (see Files for download). Depending on national legislation, it is possible to send scanned copies of signatures and electronic signatures.

Financial support for participants on Erasmus staff mobility for training is paid in cash to the participants at the CZU cash desk. The support is paid as a grant advance. Grant Advances are paid each week, on Thursday.

After You Return to CZU

The staff member returning from an Erasmus+ staff mobility for training (STT) must submit the following documents upon his or her return:

STT Erasmus Confirmation 2019/2020 – confirmed number of days on training (usually 5 days mobility) from the host university (See files for downloading)
Receipts for billing (travel support documents, boarding passses, accommodation bills, insurance,bills for any other elligible costs)
STT Erasmus Final Report 2019/2020 (See files for downloading)
Respond to questions in on-line EU SURVEY questionnaire (generated by EU instrument, so-called Mobility Tool+)
